While we strive for perfect moves, sometimes items get damaged or go missing. Included in our rates is cargo liability of $0.60 per pound for any damaged or missing items. For additional coverage, check with your insurance company as you may already have coverage or may be able to get it from them. If you require coverage through us, please contact us. We carry all risk, full replacement coverage.

Some items are not covered by our basic or extra coverage. These include:

1. Internal workings of any electronic equipment or any appliances unless there is evidence of exterior damage caused by the movers.
2. Contents of boxes not packed by the moving company unless there is evidence of damage to the exterior by the movers.
3. Cash or Jewelry (please always take these with you).
4. Items of sentimental value.
5. Sets of furniture - only damaged or missing items will be compensated - not the complete set.
6. Particle Board Furniture - any furniture or pole lamps that originally were in a box requiring assembly are not covered unless completely unassembled and shipped in a box.
7. Lamps and lampshades that are not boxed for moving.
